In this presentation, Miller describes the common-sense approach to abrasive selection—describing media types, their characteristics, sizing available, mil profiles, recyclability, and more—to give you the knowledge you need to decide on the best media for your projects.

Miller started in the industry in 1996 as a regional sales manager for a surface preparation and industrial coating application distributor in Birmingham, Alabama. After 10 years of working with industrial paint and blast contractors at the distributor level, Miller went on to work as a manufacturer’s representative for the next ten years, with Clemco Industries Corp. as well as E. D. Bullard Company, focusing on abrasive blast equipment and operator safety.

Miller was also part of the inaugural Contractor Connect event, where he served as an equipment panel discussion member.
