Pearlman is the Head of Practice at Marsh McLennan, a global professional services firm. He is also a member of Technology Publishing Company’s Board of Directors. Over the course of his career, Pearlman has accumulated a number of industry experiences including manufacturing, transportation and energy. His expertise includes human resource management, enterprise risk, leadership, safety and cultural change.
Pearlman earned his MA in labor and industrial relations human resources from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BBA from the University of Iowa. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois and resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
