There are signs everywhere – Hiring Now! This past year we’ve seen record numbers of people leaving their jobs; and we are currently experiencing a low number of applicants. Hiring committed and skilled talent is imperative for business growth. Wear is a member of Xenium’s Senior Leadership team, serving as a technical resource for strategy, marketing and product development. Her background consists of 20 years of experience with expertise in management of human resources, compliance with multiple state employment requirements, coordination of mergers and acquisitions, resolution of complex employee relations issues and development of leadership development programs.

Since 2002, Wear has provided HR consultation to a large number of Xenium clients in varying industries. She is recognized for her direct communication style and ability to balance the business needs of the client while providing practical guidance concerning employer obligations.

Wear earned her BA in psychology from University of Oregon, possesses SPHR and SCP human resource certifications and is a certified coach for DISC and Social & Emotional Intelligence.
