Preservation of steel bridges is high on the priority list of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) as well as owners of industrial steel structures, all of which are faced with the costs associated with asset protection from corrosion. This webinar will review reasons for overcoating, the resources available to critically evaluate the existing coating system to determine suitability for overcoating, and some actual case studies of successes and failures associated with this approach to maintenance painting.
