Mark Schultz is the Project Development Manager - Government Marine for Sherwin-Williams. Mark has a Master’s of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois. He has worked in the coatings industry for 22 years; initially with a Union Tank Car (rail car manufacturer), then as a corrosion engineer, and now with the Sherwin-Williams Marine Group where he is the technical liaison with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army, Military Sealift Command, Maritime Administration, National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Association and new construction and maintenance shipyards. Mark is a NACE Instructor, NACE Certified Coatings Inspector Level 3, and a SSPC Protective Coatings Specialist
