Air Systems International

Air Systems has been manufacturing and designing breathing air and confined space ventilation equipment for 30+ years, and is the industry leader in Grade-D breathing air filtration & confined space ventilation and an innovator in portable area lighting.

After many years in development, OSHA issued a Final Rule on May 4, 2015 involving Confined Spaces in Construction. The new standard follows standards already in place under the general industry standards with some new requirements that are specific to the construction industry. This webinar will present a general overview of the requirements of this new OSHA standard and discuss how the standard can potentially effect industrial painting projects, such as multiple employer job sites needing to share safety information and continuously monitor for hazards. The requirements for monitoring, ventilation, and rescue equipment and procedures will be discussed. Participants will be eligible to receive credit from SSPC.
