Vapor abrasive blasting technology is vastly different than dry-blasting, slurry-blasting and traditional water-based blast methods. It suppresses airborne dust by adding water simultaneously with the media in the pressure pot. The result is a fine water mist combined with a blast force as powerful as the dry blasting. Participants will learn the science behind vapor abrasive blasting and which types of applications are better suited for this type of blasting.

Bill Eliason is a NACE Coating Inspector level 2 and the founder of EcoQuip Inc., which was acquired by Graco Inc. in December 2013. Eliason is currently the North America Sales Manager for the Graco EcoQuip Vapor Abrasive Blast Equipment product line.
