Ernst Toussaint, TransCanada
Ernst Toussaint, PE, is a Senior Coatings Engineer at TransCanada. He has more than 13 years of experience in the coating industry and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Toussaint is a NACE Level III Certified Coatings Inspector and an SSPC-certified Protective Coatings Specialist and Master Coatings Inspector. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
