This webinar presents a summary of inspection procedures performed during a maintenance assessment of a coated concrete structure. The assessment is designed to identify problem floors and eliminate premature coating failures resulting from over-coating unsound coating systems, coating concrete having low surface strength, coating concrete having high levels of surface contaminants (oils, fuels, fats, waxes, etc.), and coating concrete having a moisture vapor emission rate.
