Bill is Vice President Sales, Business Development Manager for Axxiom Manufacturing,
Inc. He is a recognized and well respected veteran of the abrasive air blasting industry with nearly three decades of experience at Axxiom and Schmidt. His extensive expertise
is based on a thorough and detailed knowledge
of “all things blasting,” beginning with his time
supervising the production of Schmidt® equipment
and continuing with his travels today to all corners of the globe where he sees abrasive air blasting in all its forms and variations.
Bill is also a member of the management team
at Axxiom, where he uses information from his
interactions with customers worldwide to help shape the future of abrasive air blasting at Axxiom.
Pete Blackmur, Vice President of Sales
Pete Blackmur is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. He went to high school in Pebble Beach and graduated from California State
University in Chico with a BS degree in International Business. In 1988, Pete joined CLEMCO Industries in Burlingame, California, as a customer service representative. He was promoted to export manager in 1991, when he moved to Washington, Missouri, and became responsible for sales to Latin America, Australia, and Japan. In 2003, Pete was promoted to the position of vice president of sales with responsibility for sales in North and South America. Pete and his wife, Elaine, reside in Washington, MO, and have two grown children. Pete is an avid golfer
and New England Patriots fan.

Russell Roden graduated from The University of Houston in 1983 with a degree in Mechanical
Engineering. However, his hands-on experience designing equipment began in 1981, as an intern at a local manufacturer, where he later became manager after graduation. In 1995, after moving to Maryland, he founded ADI.

Chris Keenan is passionate about building relationships with his customers. With over a decade of experience with a blast and paint
contractor and now on the other side as an equipment vendor, Chris is able to help contractors estimate and execute their plans, all within their budget.
