Pete Blackmur is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. He went to high school in Pebble Beach and graduated from California State University in Chico with a BS degree in International Business. In 1988, Pete joined CLEMCO Industries in Burlingame, California, as a customer service representative. He was promoted to export manager in 1991, when he moved to Washington, Missouri, and became responsible for sales to Latin America, Australia, and Japan. In 2003, Pete was promoted to the position of vice president of sales with responsibility for sales in North and South America. Pete and his wife, Elaine, reside in Washington, MO, and have two grown children. Pete is an avid golfer and New England Patriots fan.

Russell Roden graduated from The University of Houston in 1983 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. However, his hands-on experience designing equipment began in 1981, as an intern at a local manufacturer, where he later became manager after graduation. In 1995, after moving to Maryland, he founded ADI.
