Russell Roden, President
Russell Roden graduated from the University of Houston in 1983 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. However, his hands-on experience
designing equipment began in 1981 as an intern at a local manufacturer where he later became manager after graduation. In 1995, after moving to Maryland, he founded ADI.
Bill Nelson, Vice President Sales, Business Development Manager
Bill is Vice President Sales, Business
Development Manager for Axxiom Manufacturing, Inc. He is a recognized and well-respected veteran of the abrasive air blasting industry with nearly three decades of experience at Axxiom and Schmidt. Bill’s extensive expertise is based on a thorough and detailed knowledge of “all things blasting,” beginning with his time supervising the production of Schmidt® equipment and continuing with his travels today to all corners of the globe, where he sees abrasive air blasting in all its forms and variations. Bill is also a member of the management team at Axxiom,
where he uses information from his interactions with customers worldwide to help shape the future of abrasive air blasting at Axxiom.
Brent Luedtke, Director - Business Development
Brent is the Director of Business Development for BrandSafway’s Infrastructure Services Group.
BrandSafway is a leading provider of specialized services to the global industrial, commercial, and infrastructure end markets. Services include work access, forming and shoring, and specialty services, such as insulation, coating, fireproofing, and refractory.
Kurtis Ohse, Director of Marketing
Kurtis Ohse’s hands have touched every
aspect of air-blast equipment marketing during his eight years at Clemco: product development and branding, customer needs analysis, event planning, and more. He helps develop equipment for real-world needs.
Eric Rennerfeldt, Product & Business Development Manager
Eric Rennerfeldt, Graco’s Product and Business Development Manager for Protective Coatings Equipment, has been with Graco for 20 years. Eric has experience with various fluid handling systems, in particular single and plural component spray equipment for protective coatings, and has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Bob Nash, President
Bob got involved in the surface preparation community after spending a majority of his professional career as a construction supervisor. After a short time in sales, he quickly learned
the industry’s wants and needs. From there Bob decided to take a chance and opened Greener Blast Technologies, Inc., which has since grown into the global blasting market.
Gregg Taney, Director of Sales
Greg Taney has been in the surface preparation industry since 2004 in the manufacturing and distribution segment, joining Marco in 2016. Over
the past 10 years, he's been heavily involved in the Offshore/Gulf Region coatings industry,
working closely with several key facility owners and industrial contractors to help educate their coatings divisions through the integration of safety, efficiency, and production improvements.
Kevin Coleman, Market Manager
Kevin is the Market Manager over High Performance / Protective Coatings at Wagner – Titan. In this role he is responsible for understanding these
types of coatings and assisting in the
design, manufacture, and distribution of equipment to effectively apply the HPPC coatings.
Kevin’s career and expertise has always involved high performance and protective coatings. His experience overlaps both the equipment to apply these coatings and the coatings themselves.
Kevin has seen the evolution of high performance
and protective coatings over several decades. The
advancements are never ending, and the technology to correctly apply these coatings continues to change as well.
