Induron Coatings is a 70-year-old industrial
coatings manufacturer under its third generation
of family ownership. Induron focuses on coatings
for infrastructure and strives to treat customers,
suppliers and employees as family. Asset owners
and contractors face a vital business decision
when they choose protective coatings for use on
their projects. The technical attributes are only
the baseline qualification for a given product to be
taken into consideration. Does the product protect
the asset? Is it user-friendly? Can it handle the
exposure environment? Is it attractive? These are the prerequisites for consideration, but not the metrics by which a selection is actually made. Our partners choose Induron because of the intangible attributes of our products and our people: honesty, integrity, innovation and respect.

How do coating system attributes affect purchasing?
Do contractors value performance over price? Ease
of use over availability? Audience members will voice their opinions while panelists describe coating system attributes from a supplier’s perspective. This webinar was a panel discussion that took place on November 8, 2018 and will feature a live question and answer session with some of the panelists featured during the original presentation.
