Doni Riddle is the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Protective & Marine Coatings Division of The Sherwin-Williams Company. He has over three decades of technical sales, marketing, and management experience — including his extensive tenure with Sherwin-Williams. Riddle is a 1982 graduate of the University of Texas in Austin. He is a NACE-certified coatings inspector and has served as past-president on the board of directors for SSPC.
Davies Hood, President
Induron Protective Coatings
Davies Hood is the third-generation owner
of Induron Coatings, LLC, an industrial paint
manufacturer. Davies was born and raised
in Alabama, attended Hampden-Sydney
College (BS), the Brock School of Business
at Samford University, is a NACE Level 3
Certified Coatings Inspector and actively runs
the Induron sales team.

Todd has over 25 years of coating and construction management experience involving various positions.

J. Peter Ault has more than 25 years
of industry experience and is an active
member of several technical societies,
including SSPC, ASTM, NACE International,
ASNE, SNAME and NPSE. He is a registered
professional engineer in New York and
New Jersey and holds coatings specialist
certifications from both SSPC and NACE.
Ault has a BS in mechanical engineering
and an MBA from Drexel University.
Steve Jacobs, Technical Service Manager/Product Specialist
Steve Jacobs has more than 30 years in the fast set spray industry and in the technical mastery of plural component impingement mixed polyurea and polyurethanes technology. This includes 10 years as a Group Leader and Corrosion Control formulation chemist and another 20 years in sales, service and consulting in the OEM/manufacturer painting and coatings space.
Stephen Dickey, Sr. Global Director

Stephen Dickey has served as the Sr. Global Director – Product Strategy for Sherwin-Williams Protective and Marine Coatings for the past two years. Previously, Mr. Dickey was the Global Market Director – Marine for six years, after being Director of Marketing and Business Development at PPG Industries Protective and Marine Coatings for three years. Prior to that, he was the Group President for Ameron's Protective Coatings Group. Mr. Dickey has been involved in the heavy duty coatings market since 1981 in various technical, sales, marketing, operations and executive management positions. He has also served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning and General Manager for Product Finishes at Ameron International. Mr. Dickey was a Board member at Amercoat Japan, Amercoat Mexicana and the National Paint and Coatings Association. He holds a degree in Business Administration.
