A panel of coating specialists with experience in analyzing the causes of premature coating failures will review the same photos and laboratory data about a specific case, and then, in turn, will explain their views on what happened and why. The catch? Each will represent a different party in the dispute - Owner, General Contractor, Painting Contractor, and Paint Manufacturer. The panel moderator will lead a discussion about the differences in interpretation of the same facts.
