This presentation is a case study from a customer complaint received in 2012 from a utility owner for coating work we were performed on a power plant. The scope of work for this contract was for coating and lining of process carbon steel piping performed in an open building at our customer’s pipe fabrication yard. Corrective Action for a customer complaint is required by: SSPC Paint Contractor Certification Program (PCCP) and ISO 9001 The International Standard for Quality Management Systems.
