Jeff Clarke, along with his business partner Ed Repins, has owned Merit Professional Coatings, Inc., since 1994. Merit is a commercial painting and waterproofing contractor in Tampa, Florida, with franchises in Houston, Texas, Boise, Idaho, and Charleston, South Carolina. Clarke is a 1983 graduate of the University of Florida and has been in the commercial painting industry since 1986.
