This important investment decision depends of seve ...read more This important investment decision depends of several parameters, such as production required (sq-ft/day), application (storage tanks, pipes, estructures etc), coating and surface preparation requirements, and some other variables that are a little bit difficult to explain here. But, as a rule of thumb, blasting experts always suggest to customers that if they have more than 2000 sq-ft/day to blat and paint, they should consider  installing an air blast room and painting booth, and if production is more than 4000 sq-ft/day, they should consider installing an auto-blast machine and maybe two painting booths.

So the machine can do the job faster and more efficiently, justifying the investment. The other important thing is the safety concern.
