It is necessary to clean to meet the SSPC-SP 2 grade, using scrapers in this case. Try to remove as much as possible of the uncured coating. Once it is certain that it cannot be removed any more, it is necessary to use solvent to remove the waste and try to leave the area clean and dry, so that cleaning can be done to the SSPC-SP 6 grade or better, at least to SP 10 .

A completely non-cured lining should be reversible ... that said, you could high-pressure, solvent-wash the entire area.
