There are two options. Option 1: Treat the masonry with a impregnating sealer based on a silane-siloxane blend, which also function as a strengthener, consolidator and a primer. Then overcoat with one or two coats of a sacrificial, clear anti-graffiti coating that is based on acrylate and waxes. The tagged sacrificial anti-graffiti coating can be easily cleaned by hot/cold high pressure water cleaning. The only disadvantage is, once coating is removed, it needs re-coating with fresh sacrificial coating. Option 2: This is applicable if maintaining the natural look of the surface. Use a non-sacrificial, penetrating, anti-graffiti clear coating. This is a solvent-based mixture of silane, siloxane and flouropolymer, which exhibits both a hydrophobic and an oleophobic effect. A tagged surface can be easily cleaned by high -pressure water (cold) and needs re-coating after 5 cleaning cycles.
