Aliphatic polyurea are excellent for ponding water and the white is highly reflective. Most all high-pressure polyurea and polyurea hybrids are used for pond liners because they do hold up so well. They do not adsorb water. The Maryland Transit Authority has recently done this on their roofs. Silicone works too but it's not as tough as polyurea.
