Determining the onset of concrete failure and deterioration, the strength of the concrete, permeability, pH and RH are all factors, as well as contaminants in the floor .
Consult SSPC -SP13 and SSPC-TU 10, ICRI NO.310.1R and NO. 310.2 and ACI 546R.
