Surface preparation, application and the type of coating dictates performance. Coating manufacturers normally provide a test certificate that confirms the performance standard of a floor coating. 100% solids, self-leveling epoxy floor coatings and polyspartic floor coatings can withstand heavy foot traffic.

I think so if you hire a well qualified flooring guy with some years and knowledge behind him. He or she is the professional who should be able to advice a potential client about which coating will be best suited for the client's needs. That's what you get when you don't seek out just the lowest price but rather experience and knowledge.
