How do I deal with the small cracks and fractures that occur along the edges and corners of the stone imprints in some of my stamped concrete work?

After the concrete is walkable, sponge in a slurry of tinted and acrylic polymer-modified cement and fine sand mixture, trying to match the color of the stamps as much as possible.
