It seems simple to do, if everyone is willing to pay for a REAL long lasting solution. In my experience stainless steel will last a lot longer when placed in the concrete or within one foot of the grade surface, say in a painted metal handrail. Most contractors shy away from, or value engineer out that solution, and we all end up with the rust-stained rail bottom, and the stained concrete surrounding the post bottoms that are a thing of beauty seemingly forever.
