A product professing to be a sealer that allows for a "second coat" at some future date begs the question of "what happened to the first coat?" Any sealer that cautions,  "Do not allow this product to come in contact with glass or metals" indicates a delivery system that is known to migrate out of a concrete and become totally ineffective in a short time period. A sealant should stop ingress of contaminates and also prevent migration of internal chemistry out to an atmosphere on the surface. This same sealer should penetrate into a matrix and not change a surface profile to become a bond breaker and or require another step before a paint or coating is applied!
