You'll want a system, not one material. Example: Epoxy base coat(s) with Hi Solids Urethane topcoat with aluminum oxide to increase abrasion resistance. High quality pigment to achieve the bright, bold color, UV/Color stable to keep color, and high abrasion resistant topcoat to extend life in high traffic scenario.
