Risk assessments for projects can be fairly involved, but can generally be summarized into: what's involved that can impact the worker(s) and what's involved that can impact the surrounding area / environment.
The former will involve things like protecting the worker from noise, solvents, flying debris, falls from height, getting run over by equipment and so forth. The latter will be items like what happens if something from the project fails, leaks, or can impact others beyond the project...which can be as simple as neighbours don't like noise or dust on their cars to a solvent getting into a sewer system or a leak that could lead to major remediation efforts being needed.
Step back, evaluate the project using an objective and step-wise approach looking for those impacts and you'll have your risk assessment.
