Is it necessary to holiday test the interior lining in the vapor phase (roof) of water storage tanks after coating?

Selected Answers

From Dzevdet Agoli of MIM on July 13, 2020:
Because of constant andor intermittent condensation, in case of discontinuities in the coating, water vapour will penetrate, so holiday testing is necessary

From Jaime Marcos of Profesional independiente on July 7, 2020:
I am in favor of painting the roof on the inside as well as the inside of the tank, and carry out the holiday test, due to the condensation that can occur.
