What would be an optimal coating system, in terms of both durability and productivity in field painting, for exposed structural steel on the exterior of a stadium built on the seacoast in a damp, cold environment?

Grit-blasting to SA 2,5. Apply an epoxy-zinc primer at 80 microns DFT, an  epoxy undercoat at 200 microns DFT , and a PU or FEVE finish at 70 microns DFT.

Use an air-cured FEVE resin fluoropolymer.
