On a parking deck with harsh exposures—to road salt, frequent wetting, freeze-thaw cycles, and exterior weathering—what generic coating type works best, and why?

We in Russia use in these conditions MMA-PU (methyl methacrylate-polyurethane) flooring materials. They work perfectly!

I recommend siloxane or silane. They penetrate, have a chemical bond and have good resistance to chlorides.
