How should surface preparation be conducted in non-sparking atmospheres?

Selected Answers

From Lydia Frenzel of Advisory Council on July 13, 2017:
High pressure or ultra-high pressure water jetting can be used to remove coatings and rust in non-sparking atmospheres. Or you might try dry ice blasting.

From andy dalgleish of Greenman Pedersen Inc on June 30, 2017:
Use vapor or slurry blasting.
