Is there a quick way to determine the validity of a claim of “extreme durability” for a new concrete floor coating material exposed to heavy foot traffic?

From Zenith Czora of Master Builders Solutions on November 4, 2016:
Surface preparation, application and the type of coating dictates  performance. Coating manufacturers normally provide a test certificate that confirms the performance standard of a floor coating. 100% solids, self-leveling epoxy floor coatings and polyspartic floor coatings can withstand  heavy foot traffic.

From TOLGA DIRAZ of Freelance on November 3, 2016:
I am not an expert in this field, but ASTM C1353 standard test may give helpful results in screening the products of concern. Any comments?

From Brian E Bennett of Bennett Construction & Enterprises, LLC on October 31, 2016:
I think so if you hire a well qualified flooring guy with some years and knowledge behind him. He or she is the professional who should be able to advice a potential client about which coating will be best suited for the client's needs. That's what you get when you don't seek out just the lowest price but rather  experience and knowledge.
