Humidity above 70% is required to speed up the curing process. If such high humidity is not possible, then you must sprinkle water on the substrate for IOZ to cure properly.

I mean, if the MEK test fails after a week, there is no guarantee of a full hydrolysing, and, thus, a full reblasting is required.

Conduct a full reblast and reapplication.
