What is the best method for removing fluorescent orange spray graffiti from a brick wall?

Selected Answers

From Ron Adams of Hill Brothers Chemical Co. on September 7, 2016:
After testing a few options, I would choose the the method that worked the best. Because of the surface structure of brick, it could have grooves and cracks. A thinner or solvent may need to be used, finishing with hot water power washing. Or a soft blasting with walnut shells or backing soda might be the better answer.
