Rust from the rollers of roller conveyors in blasting machines can contaminate the clean, newly blasted steel surface. What would be a solution for this issue?

From HARINDRA KUMAR SAXENA of TOPWORTH PIPES & TUBES PVT LTD on October 10, 2015:
Routine  and frequent cleaning of conveyors rollers is the only solution. Even rubber lining rollers will not help to prevent rust deposition.

From Joe McGreal of Ervin on October 8, 2015:
All subsequent material handling surfaces coming in contact with newly blasted parts pose a risk of contamination. Apparently, these rollers are outside the blasting chamber; otherwise, ricochet from flying abrasive would keep them clean. Either routine cleaning of the rusty rollers is necessary or a protective coating needs to be applied to prevent this cross-contamination.

From Sukhmander Singh of Serv Consult on October 8, 2015:
Rubber lining or teflon coating on the rollers could help.

From trevor neale of TF Warren Group on October 7, 2015:
I'm not sure how rust would affect rollers on a constantly employed blasting machine. Once they are cleaned, they should stay that way.
