From Barry Turner of Axson Coatings on March 31, 2015:
Elastomeric polyurethane coatings have been successful in this  application, as have pulled-in liners made of HDPE and even cross-linked PE (so called PEX).

From Per Gabrielsson of Free Lance Consultations and Inspections on March 30, 2015:
For pipeline internals carrying highly abrasive media, use solvent-free vinyl esters reinforced with a large amount of glass flake.

Glass flake, reinforced vinyl ester coatings are suitable for this exposure environment.
