Which generic coating systems are suitable for protecting pipeline internals carrying highly abrasive media?

Elastomeric polyurethane coatings have been successful in this  application, as have pulled-in liners made of HDPE and even cross-linked PE (so called PEX).

For pipeline internals carrying highly abrasive media, use solvent-free vinyl esters reinforced with a large amount of glass flake.

Glass flake, reinforced vinyl ester coatings are suitable for this exposure environment.
