What kind of coating system provides the strongest resistance to staining from hot tires on garage floors and parking decks?

Selected Answers

From Zenith Czora of Parex Davco on February 23, 2021:
Polyurea-polyspartic floor coating systems have high stain and chemical resistance and can withstand high temperature and high temperature and thermal shock, therefore it will provide hot tire pick up and staining from hot tires.

From Neil Shearer of Andek Corporation on February 19, 2021:
A major contribution to the staining from the tires is their tendency to exude phenyl diamine antioxidant that will permeate the coating and react with UV to form a stain . An aliphatic polyurethane with good cross link density should resist this source of staining .
