After I read the article "Wind Turbine Disposal Issue Shows There’s No Free Renewables Lunch" from https://energynow.ca/2019/11/wind-turbine-disposal-issue-shows-theres-no-free-renewables-lunch/?source=de&wtv=sherry.rao@apluscoating.com, I would say no until a solution is determined for the wind turbine disposal.
