No; taxes on fuel, purchases and property are still the right way to fund road work.
No; the government needs to be focusing on spending wisely, not finding new sources of revenue.
Yes; with fuel-efficient vehicles on the rise, we need to find ways to supplement declining fuel tax revenues.
