New Jersey has decided to waive some environmental permitting requirements to allow for the immediate rebuilding of public infrastructure that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Good or bad idea?


OK, but only in this one historic case.
Great idea; they should do this more.
Terrible idea. Rushed projects lead to problems.
