How about the physics of the materials in their planned environment and the effect of the silicate fines ???

It is dependent on the chemistry ad the functionality of the binder being used in concrete sealer. Most specifiers tend to over rate the purpose and limitations of a certain concrete sealer and this would lead to failure.
