Employers and especial interest groups are well organized, so should be largest, most important and vital group in society: workers. The ruling elites have convinced working people that it is bad for them to organize, while at the same time they sponsor and lavishly fund their own Chambers of Commerce, Industry Associations, Industry Councils, Employer Boards..etc The same elite claims Unions are a thing of the past, when in fact, working people have regressed 60 years in their wages, working conditions and benefits while poverty and exclusion, among working people, has reached the two digits mark. The ruling elites have never got so much wealth as now and the social and economic disparity has never been so sistemic and greater than now.
