The Natural Resources Defense Council, along with its partners, announced last month that it had filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Army Corps of Engineers over redefining Navigable Waters Protection Rule. All the plaintiffs need do is find an environmental activist judge to put implementation on hold. Sad, but true.
