Brown, of Buffalo, New York, recently announced that the city would be launching a $30 million Environmental Impact Bond to capitalize on the Rain Check Buffalo program, which focuses on implementing green infrastructure. It will be interesting to see if Buffalo goes after the Bond after the pandemic due to greatly reduced tax revenues and other financial short comings. I envision many cities, counties and states foregoing pervious thoughts of financial investment's. .
