New Product Announcement: Industrial Dispersing Agent

TUESDAY, MAY 7, 2024

Global chemical company BASF recently launched a new dispersing agent made from the company’s Controlled Free Radical Polymerization (CFRP) technology.

According to BASF, Efka PX 4360 was launched at the 2024 American Coatings Show and is compatible with several solvent-based resin systems, enabling formulation of tin- and aromatic-free solutions.

Efka PX 4360 reportedly has a defined polymer architecture to produce optimal coloristics and compatibility across pigments and coatings systems, with improved processability and suitability for aromatic- and tin-free formulations.
