New Product Announcement: Coatings Additive Gel

Global industrial minerals supplier Active Minerals International has announced the release of Min-U-Gel 500+, an attapulgite product designed for thixotropic performance in both water- and solvent-based formulations for paints, coatings, adhesives and agriculture.

According to the company’s release, Min-U-Gel 500+ is the newest addition to AMI’s product portfolio and can maintain the adaptability and application range of Min-U-Gel 400, though with “improved performance.”

The company states that the 500+ coating agent can offer finer particle size, specifically created to improve certain dispersion and adsorption properties.
