Contractors Needed for WI Tank Rehab


The City of Eau Claire in Wisconsin is currently seeking contractors for the rehabilitation of a 4-million-gallon welded steel ground storage reservoir.

Bids are due Oct. 31.

Scope of Work

This project involves the rehabilitation of a 24-foot-tall, 168-foot-diameter welded steel ground storage reservoir.

This project includes the Near-White Metal Blast-Cleaning (SSPC-SP 10/NACE No. 2) and coating of interior wet tank surfaces using an epoxy coating system.

This project includes the Commercial Blast-Cleaning (SSPC-SP 6/NACE No. 3) and coating of exterior tank surfaces using an epoxy coating system.
