Earlier this week, global coatings company PPG announced two new agreements with homebuilders to exclusively offer its paints and coatings to customers for new home builds.

The first five-year agreement, with Brightland Homes, will reportedly provide PPG’s full portfolio across all operating segments in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Tennessee and Florida. According to the release, the partnership is anticipated to enhance designs and craftmanship of the company.

“At Brightland Homes, we’re dedicated to providing homebuyers with nothing short of an exceptional experience,” said Justin Eicher, Chief Development Officer, Brightland Homes.

“PPG’s commitment to excellent customer service and deep product knowledge, in addition to a portfolio of high-quality paint options, is consistent with our mission. Our expanded relationship will enable us to provide industry-leading paint products to create beautiful homes that exceed customer expectations.

The second partnership is a four-year agreement with the 30th largest homebuilder, Fischer Homes. The company will reportedly offer PPG Paints products to its customers in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri and Georgia.
