Diamond Vogel Acquires Aerosol Manufacturing Facility

Paint and coatings company Diamond Vogel recently announced it has closed on the acquisition of an aerosol manufacturing facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. N92 Menomonee Falls, LLC, a subsidiary of The Sherwin-Williams Company, manufactures color-match touch-up paint, custom aerosol and other specialty coatings.

With approximately 100 employees, the company’s portfolio includes products under brands such as Precision Color, Quest, Raabe, Zolatone and Z-Line.

According to Diamond Vogel, the acquisition allows the company to accelerate its aerosol growth strategy. Additionally, the Menomonee Falls team’s expertise in aerosol manufacturing adds “depth and breadth” to Diamond Vogel’s existing aerosol manufacturing capabilities.

“We are genuinely excited to welcome the Menomonee Falls team to the Diamond Vogel family,” said Jeff Powell, President and CEO of Diamond Vogel. “This facility provides us with a turnkey solution poised to continue delivering high-quality aerosol products. In addition, we are excited to add their wealth of manufacturing knowledge and long history of superior customer service to our organization.”

The business will reportedly be integrated into the organization over the coming months, with all employees being retained. Diamond Vogel reports that customers can expect a “seamless transition.”

The purchase price has not been disclosed. The global advisory firm Grace Matthews reportedly advised Sherwin-Williams on the transaction.
