New Product Announcement: Flat Ceiling Paint

Paint and coatings company Dunn-Edwards Corporation has introduced a new interior paint designed for ceilings on residential, commercial and institutional projects. The Dead Flat Ceiling Paint reportedly offers excellent sheen uniformity and dead flat finish, helping to mitigate common lighting and texture issues.

According to the emailed release, due to its dry hide capability, the paint requires fewer coats than average to achieve the desired outcome.

Dunn-Edwards reports that the ceiling paint was formulated to have superior spatter resistance, making it easy to apply with minimal product on the applicator. Additionally, the specialty product is zero-VOC and low odor.

“Dunn-Edwards Ceiling Paint is a premium quality product that stands out from competitors with its exceptional hide, superior spatter resistance, and easy application. We ensured the formulation will provide users with preferred outcomes,” said Dave Heiligenthal, Senior Product Manager at Dunn-Edwards.

The paint is reportedly available in 50 Dunn-Edwards colors, including Classic White (DEHW08).
